How to talk to PEILI — from first message to sample desk

Send these five fields in message one

You do not need a PO to start. You do need enough context for us to say yes, no, or "send a photo of the cutout." Copy this checklist into WhatsApp, email, or the Contact & Inquiry form:

• — Target GPD or LPH and whether the system is tank or tankless
• — Voltage (24 V DC is the household default — say if you ship 110 V or 220 V markets)
• — Self-priming or boost-only, based on where the raw-water tank sits
• — Annual quantity or trial batch size — even a range helps us plan MOQ
• — Incumbent pump model or a chassis photo if you are dual-sourcing

Noise target, port type (1/4" QC vs threaded), and destination market (CE, domestic China, etc.) belong in the same message if you have them. Missing one field will not block us — but missing all five usually means a round of ping-pong before anyone opens a drawing.

What you should expect back

A useful first reply from PEILI looks like this: one recommended series (502 compact, 605 silent, 505 high-pressure, etc.), a note on self-priming vs boost-only, and a request for anything still missing — not a zip file of every SKU we ever built.

Trial batches ship from Jiangmen after we confirm fit against your incumbent head or chassis photo. Tell us your incoming leak test number — we will say whether our 12 kg line is tighter, looser, or simply different before cartons leave the plant.

If you go quiet for two weeks, we will not spam you. If you are still comparing suppliers, say so — we can keep a slot on the sample bench or close the file cleanly. Honest status saves both sides from ghost-thread fatigue.

Follow-up without the hard sell

• — Week 1 — technical fit confirmed, drawing or sample quote out
• — Week 2–3 — sample feedback, leak numbers, noise check in your cabinet
• — Week 4+ — annual pricing, mixed-container plan, or dual-source agreement
• — Stuck? Send the failure mode (leak, noise, flow drop) — not just "pump bad"
